1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or national holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Order Verification (Cash on Delivery)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp at +92 329 0086706 to confirm your order details and delivery address.

  • Prompt confirmation ensures faster dispatch. Orders that remain unconfirmed after multiple contact attempts may be canceled.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery Time: Estimated 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Charges:  Flat PKR 200 / Free shipping on orders over PKR 3,000].

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS/WhatsApp message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and nearest landmark are accurate and complete when placing an order.

  • Cozyvibs.shop is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the customer.
